Commercial divers often use surface supplied hot water suits to stay warm, i probably should not of mentioned that...
 
how would a semi-dry go in deco? and 60-70F waters,
would you get cold?
 
Hard to answer, just depends on the specific diver. For most, I would say that it would be OK. For me, I would get cold in 60F unless i had my vest/hood as well. (Probe neofleece, sooo warm)
