Depends on what the inside of those regs look like. I've seen nearly new regs that appear to be new and are corroded horrifically inside the first stages.

Considering the BCs sell for $25 to $50 on eBay each and the regs $60-100 I wouldn't be jumping at $225 and that's not even considering having them serviced.

im with you on that but then again its only life surporting equipment there is a lot of nice gear on here but always figure in the cost of getting it serviced have fun diving!

So I've talked them down to $125 but I'm still not sold on it being the best price.

Yeah, you could probably beat'em down some more. I have an old set of dacor regs somewhere. I love diving with old wore out stuff. It's not like your life depends on it or anything.

have you done your homework? DACOR went OOB years back, with only some of their line spported under the aquiring Mares line. Regs may be servicable, or scrap......

We get people who come in with Dacor every now and then. Our service tech has never had a problem servicing them...

Dacor has been out of business for more than 15 years. I'd go with no, it's not a good deal. It's very hard to find service kits for Dacor regs.
