i have an aeris atmos ai dive computer and my friend has an oceanic versa pro. neither of us has the usb cable for our computers. i was was looking at her computer the other night and noticed that the spot to hook the usb cable up was the same as on my computer. i was wondering if a cable for one would work for the other. its my understanding that both the aeris and oceanic computers are manufactured by the same company.

I asked this question at a dive shop last week and they are the same cable. We opened the packages and compared them - identical. Oceanic and Aeris computers are almost identical in operation and function.

noted that they may look exactly the same the pin out may be different. I would go further and find the pin out information by simply asking the manufacture rep or calling direct for tech support. To reverse the polars would be very very very bad. And while this is an extra step it is worth the time and effort. Question: what is the pin out for tx,rx and power would be a way to start
