Liquivison stopped making computers nearly 4 years ago. I would be surprised if you could find support.

Liquivision required registration and PIN codes were assigned before the computer would operate outside of simulation mode. I had a unit that had a battery drain issue and it required the PIN(s) every time you inserted a new batter. It was replaced by Liquivision, but the PIN was not a simple 4 number value that was easy to enter.
You are more than welcome to try an old set of PIN codes I had from 10 years ago. Maybe you have my old unit that I sold in 2014.
