DiveWestOahu:
dm/instructor pay is between 40~80 per dive (4~8 hours of work)
when i first became an instructor in 1990 I got paid 75 per charter,,,, in this time the cost of living has surely gone up while pay hasn't followed

I'm an instructor in Cozumel, Mexico and I get paid $30 US a day.....4 dives a day! Your wage sounds fantastic haha
