Yeah, that old dc tool never worked well. I made one as well, back in the day. It’s been in a box for a long time.

Instead of using the table to hold the beginning of the o-ring tuck in place I use a plastic A clamp, otherwise it's pretty much like this.
I like the round block method. That's a lot faster.

Holy crap. Gold standard right there. That's amazing. Never seen it done so quickly.

...And to think - that's with a 660 glove. With a 720, it'd be even easier. Nitrile is a lot softer and stretchier than PVC.

Man, to think it could be that easy...
