Are there any charter boats from RI diving the U853 now that we don't have the SEEKER?

Yeah, mostly boats out of Pt Judith:

Not sure of their info, but Canned Air is another boat.
Pier Dive Shop contracts a few boats (one of which is Ocean Adventures I listed above):

Ocean State Scuba will also go, but you basically need to buy out the whole boat to schedule a charter on the U-853 (If I recall correctly they quoted me $700 for the U-boat with 6 seats):
