Twin Lakes in Manvel

Visited Twin Lakes Scuba Park today. I did not dive but just went to view the lake. The lake is approximately 20 feet below the normal level. The water looked murky and did not look like the same place I have been many times. I do not know who the owner is but I do not believe there will be much diving at Twin Lakes in 2009.

The last time I was in this lake was in October. It was in bad shape.....water low. viz not good. There is a contractor digging a big pit next to, and south of TL. Apparently it it slowly draining the water from TL. I'm not planning on going back until there is drastic improvement.
