Tusa Liberator X-Ten: will these fit?

My GF and I are each looking for a set of fins and dive slippers/booties. I am leaning towards the Tusa Liberator X-Tens with these ScubaMax booties (for walking in on rocky beaches). I am a size 7-7.5 foot depending on the shoes so I was going to order the size 7 booties. The size small for the fins specifies sizes 5-8. Will they fit over top of the boots easily or do you think I should go up to the next size fins? These will be used for snorkeling.

If you're going to wear boots with the fins, go with one size larger.
