A couple questions about Provo (heading there at Christmas) if I may:

What restaurants are in walking distance of the Alexandra?

How far is the nearest grocery store from the Alexandra?

How far is Coral Gardens from the Alexandra?

You should strongly consider a rental car.

If you were staying in the Turtle Cove Marina area you might be able to get away without a car (though I'd still get one), at least there are a number of restaurants to walk to. Otherwise, it's a driving kind of place.
