So... You're saying that you're not a master diver. Yet.

Keep working on it, you'll get there. Someday. Maybe.
I know several people who have never logged a dive after their OW training and have taken no training beyond the OW certification. I would guess they average about 7 OW dives after certification over an average of about 5 years since certification. So they are all master divers? Well, it's good to know there is a concrete definition. I am sure they would be happy to know they have achieved a level that has so far eluded me.

10-At least one logged Warhammer (countersigned by dive buddy, instructor, DM, or boat operator)
so if signed by the boat operator, what must one eat in order to provide sufficient proof that is observable from the surface?

That's probably one where you're right at the ladder.

Hopefully the last one up, not the first.

maybe I'm not well versed in how to perform this skill as it wasn't a requirement for open water (so I wasn't practicing in the pool and open water),but judging by a video on YouTube, I thought it was to be performed inverted. How does one climb a ladder upside down? That would be some serious shoulder strength with dive gear!

Sitting in a hotel room in a tropical location where the weather has blown out the last couple of days gives me time to ponder this.

First, consider “logged Warhammer”. Aren’t they all?

Second, consider “countersigned”. Using what type of writing instrument?

Finally, eww!

I'm not working on obtaining a meaningless master diver certification. I'm quite satisfied with my skills and level of experience.

But thanks for your concern.

I did find the NAUI MSD certification (classes and dives) to be beneficial. The LDS established the curriculum and the dives, and challenged me in various ways.

Is there a minimum number of dives requirement for NAUI MSD? I can't find it listed anywhere.
