Tropical Storm Seniang is poised to hit Cebu and Mactan.

Sigh.... isn't it a bit late for typhoon season? So much about Christmas thresher sharks...

any news on the typhoon? my dad was supposed to go to Cebu this weekend for the ASEAN thing. he had to cancel as well.

Asean conference was cancelled, the storm was not

ASEAN summit has been postponed till Jan. Utor/Seniang has intensified into a typhoon which will make landfall at Samar. Cebu/Malapascua is under a storm warning #2.
