Ok I've had it... where do I write in to complain about this?

Tropical Storm Trami

3 storms in 1 month. What is wrong with this planet? Are the powers-that-may-be plotting to stop me from diving in Cebu/Bohol this holidays? Bad enough that I can't find a barn (or a virgin queen) in Alona to stay over Christmas.

But, at this point it is predicted to miss PI...
