triple tank cam block

Hi, I hope you can help!
I have seen somewhere a block for setting up twin (double) independent cylinders with a webbing cam band with the facility for adding a third cylinder.
I seem to remember it being an alloy block with three concave sides and one convex. I have lost the link can anyone help?
