Seeing that it's a 130...it's a "squat" tank...where on your back IS the tank? Is it low or high? I think if it were high and centered and tight on your back, it may prevent you from turtle-ing...but if it was low and not so tight, it may cause you to shift.

I know a guy that dives a 130 and he's about your size...not sure what weights he uses though (and he's doubled them now...)

Hard to believe that you wouldn't need extra weights though? Are you using a 3mm or 7mm suit?

Lots of good advice given so far.

Funnily enough, the way you kick might influence the stability of that huge tank on your back. The small side-to-side rocking motion of a flutter kick might be enough to upset the delicate balance of that monster on your back...which would be a one-way ticket to Turtlesville. Consider adopting a "laterally symmetric" kick such as the frog kick. It will be easier to manage the suboptimal location of your center of gravity.
