I am looking to purchase a new Mobby's tri/quad lam drysuit. I currently need 35# with a Oceaner neoprene drysuit to maintain neutral buyoancy. What should I be looking at in terms of weight for the new suit?

The only way you're going to know for sure is to hop in the water. It'll be entirely dependent on the type & how much undies you wear.
Generally, folks need less weight, but I'm one of the guys that winds up needing more when switching to a shell from a neoprene suit.
