Does anyone have one? I have seen one or two, at my LDS, but I've looked all over the net, and haven't had any luck. I've heard rumors about Mapsco having one out, but haven't found it. Thanks!

Cabella’s is where I picked up mine.
I am thinking that most major fishing stores should have them.

The only problem I have is the scale is a little too big for me.
I hunted on the internet and did not have much luck.

Does anyone have a NOAA contact?
I would be really nice to have a bathometric high resolution scan of the lake.
Ahhhhh, I am dreaming.

LCRA has a great one for only $5.00. It is the entire lake from dam to dam.

can it be purchased online?

I have also searched extensively with little success. Is the map you got at Cabella's the Highland Lakes South map that has 20' contours? See attachment for the lower portion. That is the one I have seen in dive shops around Austin for about $8 I think. The LCRA used soundings done in 1990s to obtain the contour info.

It can be purchased online from Mapsco. They also list a $6 map titled Lake Travis and Lake Marble Falls. Anyone seen that one?

I know I participated in a thread on this topic recently but didnt find it when I searched.

I have both maps and did buy them both from Mapsco. Not sure what you are wanting them for but as a general guide, they will work out well. One is a fold out map and the other is spiral bound.

Oh the lab...

I am sure that they have great images of the damn area.

But what about the rest of the lake?

Hummmm....
Andrew

Yup, just the damn end.
