Travel agent recommendation in Manila?

Any suggestions for a travel agent in Manila? I want to check on booking a flight from Manila to Tagbilaran through a local agent as the internet rates seem really high.

Too bad, the promo for Cebu Pacific Air ended yesterday, it was really cheap.

he wasn't gonna make it to the promo anyway... his trip begins and ends before the start of the validity of the tickets...

FWIW we've got flights to davao and iloilo through that promo... coolness!
