I was thinking that maybe there is so much trash spread through the year that a once a year cleanup may not be enough so they have to hire divers. They may need monthy or even weekly cleaning during the busy summer months. I doubt that they don't value your contributions.

Now the thread can go back to sleep. :)
 
I know this is an old thread, but how does one sign up to be a paid diver to clean the river?

That's a darn good question. I didn't know there was such a thing as divers getting paid :shakehead: I'm still trying to slow down the steady flow of money out of my bank account.
