transferring galleries

I'm trying to transfer a photo from my personal member's gallery to a category in the photo gallery. So far, the only way I've been able to do that is to re-upload the photo into the photo gallery category, then delete the duplicate in my member's gallery.

Isn't there an easier way? Can't I just add the photo already uploaded to the category gallery?

AFAIK, there's no method to move pics from one category to another.
