Thanks again for all the input guys! Just a little update, took them in to my LDS and all four passed the VIP. Now it's off to hyro. The valves look to be in good shape too. I'm feeling a lot better about this deal now. I guess you can't make bad choices all the time, huh?

When you are buying used tanks if the exterior looks good and the tank is pressurized you have an excellent chance of them passing. Also if you buy a group of tanks it may be cheaper to take them to hydro facility yourself and save a few dollars.
