Top "logout" doesn't work, bottom one does

When using the "logout" on the top menu e.g. "Forums, Active Topics..... Logout", I receive an error message, and I have to click the link it provides to complete the logout. However, when I use the "logout" at the bottom of the main forum page, it works properly.

The top logout is pointed to:
http://www.scubaboard.com/login.php?do=logout

The bottom logout is pointed to:
http://www.scubaboard.com/login.php?do=logout&u=2644

The error message:
An error occurred while attempting to log you out. "Click here to log out."

The "Click here to log out" link points to the same url as the original bottom logout does.

I'm using Firefox 1.0.6, but it does the same thing when I'm using IE 6.0.2900.xxxxx

Bob, this is a bug with some of our styles and simply something we have not yet got around to fixing, thanks for bringing it back up to our attention.
