My wife and I are planning a trip to the Big Isalnd and Kaui in August. The Black Water dive on Hawaii sounds interesting but I thought I would see what others thought of it. Is it worth bringing a camera? I must also admit the thought of acting like "bait on a hook", at night, in 1500 feet of water does not sound comfortable. My wife has already said no way, but you go have a great time. If there is alot to observe then I would not mind but, to much quiet time and the mind begins to ceate its own shadows.
