After you get acclimatized ,consider diving in your backyard as the diving in SE GA and NE Fla can be world class.Not as friendly to new divers though.
For this trip,anywhere from Little Torch to Tavernier would be my suggestion.Be aware the deeper wrecks off the Keys can have some pretty strong current at times.
