Blue Grotto (I dont like devils den)

All around, Key Largo is my favorite. Marquesas is also good.
Jacksonville/St.Augustine for BIG animal encounters. Blackmar's reef is excellent,so is HL and the Anna. AH and CH, I could go on.

the keys may have warmer and clearer water (thers a lot to be said in that), but I have noticed NE florida has ALOT more life.
