Hmm...I'm thinking about a preemptive strike, or am I being paranoid. A loss of zip during season means I'm out of the water for maybe as long as 6 weeks.

No a loss of the zip means you go to your back up suit lol scuba always needs a second source to fall back on be it air, inflation or thermo protection

As much as I'd love a backup suit at the moments with the addition of a baby and only one salary it's not a viable option. I'd gratefully accept donations.
