So. I have decided to make a second stage and I'm copying the venerable Poseidon Cyklon.

No sooner did the idea pop into my head and I saw a 2¾" titanium round that I've had for a while. I rooted around a bit and found more stock, enough to complete the project and I got to work.

So far I have the diaphram housing finished. I have part #1163, valve housing roughed out, I'm waiting on a slitting saw to make the slots.

Having the material on hand wasn't really the driving force to use titanium. Corrosion resistance dictated Ti or 316SS. I hate machining 316 so it was an easy decision.

The first picture shows the diaphram housing roughed out. The second and third are the completed part next to OEM. The fourth is it assembled. I'll post more pictures as I complete more parts.

Cool, and a little crazy but that’s in your name:)

This is a fantastic project and Iust ask are you going to combat the non standard hose issue that the Cyklon suffers and switch it natively to standard hose size?
