TIRZEPATIDA (Tirzepatide) shows avalable on FARMACIAS DEL AHORRO website. But they are vials and not premeasured dosage.
You need to load the needle (get the proper size 0.5ml) to inject.
These are single use vials and only show dosage of 2.5 and 5mg. I don't know if they can get 15MG/0.5ML if you are on max dose.

Good idea, was just down there and didn’t even think of this even though I went into the farmacia. We are going back later this year I’m going to check for sure.
