We have been several times and have never been asked whether we are married or not, nor have we experienced any lack of respect.
All these years, there were no visible indication that we are married. Different names, no rings, …
Same.

I'll add though, that I think dive centers and liveaboards are more "modern" in this respect than Egypt in general. They are used to westerners and adapt to & accept western customs by necessity in a way you won't necessarily see in the less tourist-oriented parts.
