Up one pound for me. Feeling stuck at my plateau, I managed to stuff down an extra 5000 calories this week. Hopefully that will get things moving along again.

LOL, last week I said if I keep gaining and losing the same 1-2 pounds, if we only count the losses I can lose 100# :^) that 2# I lost last week? Found it, up 2#, and it's odd, cuz I've added exercise and LOTS of water oh well...... still down more than 10% of my body weight. that rules

Week -Date -Loss/Gain Weight -Total loss
1. 4/8 0 274
2. 4/15 -4 270 4
3. 4/23 -1 269 5
4. 4/30 -3 266 8
5. 5/7 0 266 8
6. 5/16 -4 262 12
7. 5/22 0 262 12
8. 5/27 0 262 12

..........

21. 8/26 +2, 250, 24
22. 9/2, -2, 248, 26
23. 9/9, -2, 246, 28 (56% of goal)
24. 9/16, -2, 244, 30
25. 9/26, +1, 245, 29
26. 9/30, -1, 244, 30

28. 10/14, -2, 243, 31
29. 10/21, +2, 245, 29

I know what you mean. Plateaus are hell psychologically, but when I look at the increased weights that I've been lifting lately and the faster running times I've been coming home with, I'll take it. I know I'm making all kinds of better fast and slow twitchers... ;)
