Well, I for one will never dive with this organization. Someone suggested the boat to me before so I am glad this was brought to light before I ever planned a trip with them. I only met Kim once but I will take her word anyday. I'm sorry you guys had a bad experience and hope it won't keep anyone from planning any more dive groups. They are great for those like me who don't have local dive buddies and I always love meeting other Scubaboard members. Thanks!

wow! i cant believe a dive shop would treat their customers that way, especially one that has brought them so many ustomers. id be kissing your *** royally. sounds like you held your composure pretty well though, and did the right thing. id prob be sitting in jail after being treated so badly.
