Love Scubaboard but one thing that makes me boil is going into threads with new posts, reading all the way through them only to find out that the thread was started 4 years ago and someone revived it by essentially bumping it with summary advice for someone who no longer browses the forum. While I have no doubt the archive of posts that we have on this forum are invaluable, can we add an auto-lock system for inactive threads dated a year or longer? Adding to some threads is an important process which I understand but there's a good few I read through and can't help but think "why was this revived".

Centrum Silver eh? That may help us "forgetful" people :thumb:

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk.......figure it out

it was either that or I went and had a "conversation" with them.

seriously, the late fee is nearly as much as the original maintenance fee.

we are still waiting for them to tell us what it is they are using the "maintenance fee" for, as we already pay a ****ing monthly fee to our neighborhood association.

I think they are just trying to get as much money as they can.

we live on a golf course, why not use the income from the course to pay for whatever stupid **** you need/want to do?!?!

I was not complaining. We realize that from time to time we may make the job of a mod more, er, ah, interesting. It is only fair for a Mod to occasionally play "paybacks" with us, when it is all in fun

If you think those folks never get people back you probably do not have any close friends who are in that field! :rofl3:

Like most things in life, paybacks can be a real be-itch!

oh crap... did I really give LB the keys?
