I lost a fin in the Gulf of MX and was too busy being sea sick to even notice it was gone :(
My friend swam up to me and asked "where is your other fin?" and I said "(...retccchhh...) are they not on my feet?"
 
If a jacuzzi counts as underwater...my virginity! I'll never forget that night.
 
Lets see.....

1 steel 72 tank.... in Bermuda,strap broke
1mares 1st stage,went with tank
1 mares 2nd stage.....and so on

1calepso dive knife
1web/pocket wieght belt....P.A. quarry,don't ask
1 wife
1house
1 pretty good dive partner.......god thought he should stay!!

All in all ,not a bad deal!!!!!!!

... lots of hair bands

... a mask (but i recovered it)
 
Lost a spear shaft..ok I cut it loose

GF lost a knife
 
Not really took a shot and the shaft broke.
 
Today I lost today a 3# soft weight on the 3rd dive of the day, my fault due to failure to close the zipper after opening the pocket to remove the goody bag.
