Things you've found under water

What, if anything, have you found and salvaged on your dives? I'm not talking about scavenging wrecks, I'm just curious to know what items, if any, all of you have stumbled upon while diving.

Here's my list to date :

4 kg of lead weights
2 masks
1 snorkel
1 safety sausage
1 bottle of champagne
1 dive knife with integrated bottle opener
assorted litter

Found: a rake, S-10 pickup, Harley Buehl motorcycle (why do people keep parking in our quarry?), washing machine, guns and an oar.
Lost: mask, weight pouch and a close-up lens for a Reefmaster camera.

Found a Master Lock still working with combinationsticker still on the back in Lake Michigan. Most likely dropped from a dive instructor.

LOST: three flashlights, a collecting bag, and a knife.

Just this past Sunday I found a large bottle of Barcardi Gold. It appeared unopened and it should have stayed that way. Smelled like rotten eggs.
But, I picked up my trash for the day.

Also found a steak knife once but didn't really know what to do with it so I left it there.

Talking about luck:
During a dive my light did slowly flood.
Being daytime there was no need to abort the dive. I carry on using it until the water reaches the bulb...
During the same dive, looking for lobsters in a hole, i came accross a 8C dive light, turn on the switch, the light shine.

Some other things that we have "found" in the course of skin diving in the local creeks and ponds (a compiled list of other things found by three friends and myself)
-An old dirtbike (found by my friends Levi and Justin....of course, they were the ones who were responsible for losing said dirtbike in the creek the previous summer but that is beside the point and a whole 'nother story (suffice to say Justin's attempt to emulate Evel Knievel did not quite go as planned)
-A very territorial muskrat...this dive ended with my buddy TJ getting rabies shots but it sure was funny to watch. LMAO
-A broken bowling ball
-A chainsaw
-Numerous bicycles
-A model sailboat, one of the remote controlled kind, fully rigged out and ready to sail.
-Several tires
-A very rusty part from a disc plow

Long before I took up scuba, must have been 1959 or 1960, snorkeling with my brother and a couple of friends on a Wisconsin lake, we found an old outboard motor in about 15 feet of water. It being a beautiful summer day and us having nothing better to do we went and got a boat and salvaged it. It was one of those really old ones that didn't even have an engine cover. Wasn't worth anything, even if it had still been usable, but it was an exciting adventure ala Mike Nelson for a bunch of boys in their early teens.

outside the devils eye, I found a 40 cuft tank with 100% O2 in it, I could not beleave my luck. I still have it and every time I go to Ginnie I find another one. ( this was a joke , please don't set me on fire)

My gf found a Cressi-sub mask last week. She also found a beautiful Nautilus shell once. I myself have found a snorkel and 4 kg of lead. Once, diving around Bunaken, someone in my group found a Mares computer that had been in the water for about two days.

I wouldent of like to of seen the decompression stop it said on that computer :11:
