Thermalution remote problem

Just wanted to thank you for leaving this update here for others. I had a similar problem (let remote battery run down) and unable to charge my remote. Tried a generic wireless charger and it's currently charging happily. Not to mention it seems to work much better than the Thermalution charger. I was always futzing with that to find the right charging spot on the pad, and the generic charger just works.

What charger is it? I might need to get one of them myself

It's a generic Asian made one I got about 5 years ago, but still seems to be available:

It charged the remote perfectly. I think just about any of them would work. I'll probably get one of the newer ones that are smaller, for travel.
