Out here they are called Tube or Cup corals, Genus Tubastraea. They come in many colors. During the day they are usually closed up and look like pink nubs. At night they open to feed and display colorful arms. Though we do have them here on Guam, here's some I took in Truk.

Though they are not loud or neon colors, more like pastels. I like how many different colors are on this guys face.
