First close-quarters encounter with a tiger shark yesterday - actually pretty darn close; she started nuzzling one diver's tank while his back was turned and I took it upon myself to give her a stiff-arm. Pity the GoPro wasn't working; would have been a great clip. I'll have to double-check previous vids, but according to Randy she's a newcomer and thus gets named after my friend Aliyah, who was on the boat for her birthday:
