Sure makes me glad I dive the coast of Catalina where very little new development will be allowed. Don't "Californicate" Catalina!

Remember how most felt about the Hamilton Cove condos going up? It's pretty much the same here, except we still have access. All those years of diving at Marineland, I used to think it would be a great place to live. Of course, being in RPV, you have to pay millions and have neighbors a few feet away.
