Nah...I only wish. We had the sub in the water, and it got pretty close. Could have reached out and touched it with a manipulator. I was in the copilot seat at the time, scribbling down times so I could grab a copy of the video later.

I hear a diver was swimming with it a couple of days earlier, but I haven't seen that video yet.

I kind of felt sorry for it, he must have had 50 remoras on him. It was unreal. It was one cool fish, though, that's for sure.

Hey man.

I guess we're a minority....lost in a sea of Tampons....Tampans....Tamponians?

Something like that. :)

Almost back in town...I'll be back next week....flying in on the 24th. I'll be home for 3 weeks.

I'm already trying to plan some dives.

I'm thinking of maybe taking the boat out the weekend of the 3rd and 4th. Maybe the Sheridan or the tanks.

Well I'm proud to say I am in the minority with you two. Really glad to not be a TAMPON!!!!!!;)

Cool. That's three of us. We can start our own society now! :)

I was born in the area and grew up here. What folks now call Brandon, well, it isn't. I remember when the only thing west of Kings was Tampa Bay. Problem is that I still give directions like it was then. "Sure, get on Oakfield and just past Hook & Holsingers..." or "Just past Scoggins..".... I'm getting old.

Well I'm proud to say I am in the minority with you two. Really glad to not be a TAMPON!!!!!!;)

Your not that old because I remember Scoggins. I also remember when Lumsden was a 2 lane road with 4 way stops instead of traffic lights. You are not alone my friend.
