I saw your orignal post seeking information
in this thread from mid-2022...did you ever contact Divers Supply down in Georgia, to discuss servicing your reg set?
It would be interesting to know what the shop that attempted to service your reg set broke.
Here and attached are the technical specifications of your 1st and 2nd stages:
I have not found a visual reference for the Synchro-N 1st stage with a black plastic handwheel. All the visual references that I can find depict a
silver metal handwheel like this and below, among other examples I have found....so the black handwheel on yours may not be original.
The N-Synchro 1st stage is a balanced diaphram design.
The N-Synchro 2nd stage and octo are an unbalanced down stream design.
See the highlit lines below for the reference numbers for the 1st and 2nd stage service kits, though I have not been able to find a source for the 1st stage service kit:
You should be able to use
this service kit with the N-Synchro 2nd stages.
Comparing the diagrams and parts list for different SEAC diaphragm 1st stages, they used the same diaphragm, HP seat/poppet, and filter across their entire range of DIN models. Other parts probably cross reference too, but those are the critical ones that should be changed along with the o-rings during service. The 1st stage o-ring dimensions are listed in the diagrams above. You should be able to piece together a DIY service kit for these or pluck the parts you need from any of the other
SEAC DIN diaphragm 1st stage service kits.
Here is a source for the
HP seat/poppet. Other members following this thread have purchased from this website with good results.
If you were inclined to service your reg set yourself, I would check out the
service manuals for Mares regulators for general guidelines. The IP for the N-Synchro is listed in the first picture I posted, so if you can cobble together the parts you need, you should be able to service it.
To be honest....given how old your reg set is, and the cost I have seen on different websites for new SEAC regulators, I would recommend using what you have for paper weights and just replace them with newer models if you like SEAC....it won't fix your issue of getting things serviced in the future but they seem inexpensive enough that you might consider them disposable:
