cooltech,

were you using the +10 diopter.
The diopter hasn't arrived yet.

I'm drooling while I wait for it.

Right now, I'm at the TB Rays game... top of the seventh... Mariners up by one... pitching change

Hey, FishEyeView! And the other photographers, too. Would you please ID your subjects for those of us who are too lazy to look them up or unable to ID them despite looking them up? I'd be very grateful. Some I know; some I found; but others, like that basslet?? (your #3 down) I cannot find.

Thanks.

We're not experts either, dude! ;)

Sometimes we don't name them because we can't find them in the book :cool2:
#3 down appears to be the shape and most of the coloring for a Harlequin Bass.

The only way I could be this sure (all 50% of it..) I put that picture next to one that I have of a harlequin Bass

I was waiting for an ID on #3.. It's a Pygmy Sea Bass Serraniculus pumilio.

I got to dive BHB Sunday and Monday... Sunday, I had the camera...

Monday, I was a group spotter ;)

Hey CoolTec
You know I love the nudi, and awesome shot of the spotted eel.

Thanks Anne.

I'm at BHB right now (yes I know the tide is 3 PM today). I'm working areas outside the current.

Right now there is a revival and batism going on. They're taking a large number of spots, but I can't imagine they would be here for another two hours... There is parking still available at this time...
