Speaking of tacos, El Muellecito does have chile relleno tacos. They're very good.

We have put Kinta and El Muellecito on the list. Infact we thought to go to El Muellecito tonight but looks like they close at 7.

Had lunch at Girasoles today. I ordered the platter with several items, can not remember the name. All was good but the chile relleno was quite good.

I'm in love with the Taxi Sitio place for the best fish and shrimp tacos. They also have eggs & chaya tacos (& tortas) for breakfast. Only open until 1:30 or 2pm so you have to go early. On 2 north between 5 & 10.

I don't think Taxi is part of their name.

For the uninitiated:

If you have a problem with pigeons underfoot or flying up on the tables next to you, proceed with caution. If you like clean, nice smelling restrooms, you'll probably opt to do your business elsewhere, and it should go without saying that both the men's and women's lack toilet seats, and only have tissue once in a while.

But the shrimp tacos??
The best we've ever had. Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful. To die for.
19 pesos each.

And yes, they close at 2:00

I don't eat Chile Rellenos, but ive heard people rave about the one's at Blue Angel restaurant.

We at at Jeanie’s last night. First time there. Better then I expected. We arrived just in time for the sunset, given the perfect table. Courteous and prompt wait staff. Eric got the shrimp and cheese relleno and really liked it and my cheese relleno was delicious. Definitely a contender.

I had to look chaya up. That's a new one to me. Sounds like a great breakfast taco/torta.

BA doesn’t have the chili relleno anymore. Last trip we went there specifically for it and wasn’t on the menu. It was fantastic
