as weird as it may sound, maple syrup on dry fried items is good because the sweetness accentuates the texture and taste of the fried itemchip104:I still remember when my little cousins visited me in Montreal during winter, I introduced them to Maple syrup on chicken wings, bacon, ice cream... - they now love the stuff!

i would suggest you still try it though... very hard to find locally nga lang... maybe in the PX type shops they might havejonix:from what i've read on it me don't wanna go near it
