Hi All:

Attached below is a 10 second video clip of a bulkhead section of the Dixie Arrow. RAD, his wife and I, along with several others on this board, dived this wreck with JT during the summer.

I need feedback on the screen quality of this video on the monitor you are using. Is it clear and colorful? I'm trying to get the correct export settings for rendering videos using Final Cut Pro to post to Vimeo. Up to this point I've been using iMovie and based on just a few test clips, I'd have to say FCP blows it away, LOL!

On my desktop monitor (an Apple Cinema Display) this video clip looks "good," on my work monitor (a Dell flat panel) "OK," and on my notebook (an HP Pavilion), kinda "bad..."

So PLEASE do me a favor and indicate the following:

1. Brand or model of display you are viewing video on.

2. Screen quality of video (Good, OK or Bad).

THANKS!

Andy

To me it looks great, but then again, I am easily amused, so I don't know if I'd take my word on it. But, I like it.

I am looking at it with a Samsung flat monitor (w/in firefox...embedded vid) also an HP.
For the most part it looks very good. Some areas of the wreck look a tad blurred (hopefully that's not my vision...& I imagine that is par for the course in videos). All in all, it looks good to me via my viewing media.

Hey Andy,

Looks good to me, both with and without my glasses. I;m using a Dell Flatscreen LCD.

Oh, I think I have a pair of your sunglasses. Go to my website Pelicandivecharter.com and give me a call.
