Test tube sources

I have an old homemade canister light with a broken "test tube" lens. The lens is 7/8" ID (0.875"; 22.225mm). A standard 1" pyrex test tube will fit and works, but is mighty fragile, so I'm looking to find another lamp cover that's as thick (about 2mm) as the old one.
Anyone know of a source? (Dive-Rite & AUL are just a hair too small)
(I have a couple of AUL lenses that are just a wee bit too small if anyone wants 'em at a good price)
