I came across this device : Cyclone | Tilos
It's a tank valve + 1st stage regulator all together in the same device.
There seems to be no Yoke nor DIN connector to fill the tank.
There was a mention somewhere that it's being used for stage decompression.
This device seems weird !
Any experience with this ?

These are frequently used on drysuit inflation cylinders but I have also seen some used on bail out or pony cylinders.

they're filled with an adapter to a fill station
Drysuit Inflation & Pony Bottle Systems
couple of different options there for the valves and you can see the fill adapters lower down on the page. Common for suit inflation bottles, I've seen them used on Bail out Breathers for their O2 and Dil bottles to save space, they work fine, just a little inconvenient on the filling portion. Also a bit expensive since you can't travel with them so much better served for specialty bottles than primary use bottles

Zeagle makes one also - website has videos showing how it's filled. Envoy RaZor

They include the fill adapter and sell an optional Yoke transfill adapter so you can fill off another tank if using it on a pony etc.
