Someone broke into the Reef Seekers shed Friday morning (using a pair of bolt cutters) and stole about 10 of our aluminum rental tanks. All the tanks are marked "RSD" and all have "AL80" written on them (in Magic Marker).

If anyone should offer to sell you one of these or if they try to get a fill, could you please let me know. We have sold some of our rentals, but we have a list of the buyers and I'd like to nail whoever did this. Thanks.

steeling rental Al80s... off all things to steal!?! Hope you are able to catch these guys!

Will be on the lookout Ken. . .it is just a matter of time my friend!

It wasn't me, Ken... I dive steel and wouldn't steal Al tanks!

Seriously, I hope you catch the thief. I'll let CDS and SCUBA Luv to be on the lookout out here in the event someone tries to fill one.

Sorry to hear about that Ken hope you can track the culprit(s) down.

Hope you find a new location soon too!

Idiots! I'll let the LDS near my house know too.

Hopefully, when they figure out they can't get them filled or sold, they'll return them... doubt it, but it's worth a try. I hate thieves...

Ken, Check with the local scrap metal places. I doubt they were divers, just scrap metal thieves.

Dave

Sorry to hear this, good luck on catching the thieves and getting the tanks back.
