You don't think they were divers? How else would they know where to go and what to take?
It's an odd thing to steal, but I'd bet whoever did it was a diver.

Paintballers use 'em, as do some 4x4 enthusiasts (to air up their tires).

Let's hope the Beverly Hills PD gives better service than LAPD. (You'd think!)

May want to keep an eye out on Craiglist, too, Ken. Tanks pop up for sale there all the time. And alert the local paintball shops, perhaps, the ones that do fills, at least.
