Highland's releasable Cam strap is the best of both worlds. Easy adjustment like a typical cam strap, but you can also quick release it like the Scubapro strap.
It's the second picture the OP linked. Keep in mind that the quick release lock is held only by tension, so as soon as you undo the cam buckle, the quick release can be undone as well. One hazard of this is if your buckle pops open underwater, your quick release can come undone if given the right orientation. So your tank could come off your unit completely, rather than just sliding down. More of likely scenario with a floaty aluminum tank, assuming the first two things happen of course.
Realistically though, it would be hard pressed for this to happen, because you'd have to fail the velcro and SS buckle first.
Although technically if you had to redo your camstrap underwater, you may also have to deal with keeping the quick-release from unhooking as you unlatch, tightened, then relatched your cam buckle.
