One more question, what mix are you getting you tank filled with? In the past I have found that with really high helium mixes say +70% that's when you start to see leaks and champaign bubbles on everything, tank necks, HP hoses, even on my bail out regs if I don't have fresh diaphragms and I am diving them for a while with high He mixes the He slowly over time seeps through the diaphragm and starts to bubble up the environmental seal.
